Graphy or a store of your own: where should you sell notes and digital files?
If you teach, Graphy is built for it. If you sell files, a store costs less and carries more. Graphy runs courses, live classes, webinars, memberships and learner apps, with digital products as one offering among them.
For files alone, three things differ: Graphy starts at ₹24,999 a year, takes files up to 200 MB, and invoices buyers in your name with your GST number. Stashq invoices them itself, as merchant of record.

What a store does for files
- No yearly commitment. Start on the free plan and move up when your sales justify it.
- Big files. Recorded lectures, question banks, full PDFs — up to 64 GB per product, uploaded in resumable parts.
- Invoices you never write. Stashq sells to the buyer as merchant of record and sends them a GST invoice.
- A library students get back into. Purchases stay re-downloadable, by magic link or email code, without an account.
Questions
How much does Graphy take on a digital product?
A yearly plan from ₹24,999, plus a transaction fee on every sale: 10% on Launch, 7.5% on Grow and 5% on Rise, or ₹10 a sale if that is higher. Payment gateway charges are deducted separately, and GST applies to what Graphy takes.
Who invoices the buyer on Graphy?
You do. Graphy's terms say every invoice names you as the supplier, that GST on your sales is your responsibility, and that Graphy does not collect or remit it for you. You add your own GST number to the invoice in your settings.
How big can a digital product file be on Graphy?
Up to 200 MB. For anything larger, Graphy suggests hosting the file elsewhere and selling a link to it.
Can I sell courses on Stashq?
Not as a course. Stashq sells downloadable files only — templates, notes, presets, packs, code. There are no lessons, live classes or learner apps. If you teach, Graphy is built for that; a store of your own suits the files.
