1.Nothing is shipped
Stashq delivers digital products only. No physical goods are shipped, there are no delivery charges, and no address is collected or required. This page exists to say so plainly.
2.How delivery works
Delivery is immediate. As soon as your payment is confirmed, the purchase is created and your files unlock — there is no processing queue and no waiting period.
- The success screen shows the purchase and links straight to the download as soon as payment clears.
- An email goes to the address you bought with, containing your invoice and a link back into the purchase. If you bought as a guest, that email is how you get back in — keep it.
- If you have an account, the purchase is in your library and stays there for you to download again.
3.If access does not arrive
A payment that succeeds without giving you access is a problem we treat as ours, and it is covered whatever refund terms the product carries — see the Refund & Cancellation Policy. In the rare case where payment is taken but the purchase cannot be completed at all, the amount is refunded automatically without you having to ask.
Otherwise, email hello@stashq.in with the address you bought with and the transaction id, and we will find the purchase and restore access.
4.How long files stay available
Files stay downloadable for as long as the product is on Stashq. If a seller removes a product you have bought, you are told, and you keep a stated grace period in which to download it before the files are deleted. Access ends if a purchase is refunded.
