Stashq delivers digital products only. No physical goods are shipped.
Digital delivery
After a successful payment, eligible purchases unlock digitally through Stashq. Access may appear immediately on the success screen, by email, or in the purchases area for signed-in users.
Storefront products
Delivery timing depends on the product type. Most digital downloads are available instantly after payment, while certain products may have seller-defined delivery conditions described on the product page.
Access issues
If you do not receive access after payment, contact support with your purchase email and transaction details.
