1.Digital delivery only
Stashq sells and delivers digital products only. No physical goods are shipped, there are no shipping charges, and no physical delivery address is collected.
2.How delivery works
Delivery is immediate. As soon as your payment is confirmed, your files unlock automatically:
- The checkout confirmation screen links directly to your download as soon as payment succeeds.
- We send a receipt email to the address you used at checkout with your tax invoice and a link to access your files. If you checked out as a guest, keep this email to access your purchase later.
- If you have a Stashq account, your purchase also appears in your library for future downloads.
3.If you cannot access your files
If your payment succeeds but you cannot access your files, you are covered under our Refund & Cancellation Policy regardless of the product's refund setting. If a payment is captured but the order cannot be completed, it is refunded automatically.
If you need help finding your purchase or download link, email hello@stashq.in with the email address used at checkout and your transaction ID.
4.File availability
Purchased files remain available for download while the product is listed on Stashq. If a seller removes a product you purchased, we notify you by email and provide a grace period to download your files before they are removed. Access ends if a purchase is refunded.
