Where the rest of it goes
Stashq is the merchant of record, so it collects GST from the buyer and remits it — that money was never yours or ours. What Razorpay charges to process the payment is passed through at the amount actually charged on that transaction, never an averaged or marked-up rate.
What is left after those two is the wholesale price Stashq pays you, and Stashq's margin is the difference between the two — not a fee taken out of money you were holding.
A buyer paying by UPI usually costs nothing to process, which is why the figure above is the best case and the range below has a floor. Your seller terms set this out in full.

Before you sign up
- You are paid after the refund window closes
- You choose the window per product. Earnings are held until it ends, so a refund never has to be clawed back from money you have already been paid.
- Refunds are yours to review
- A buyer requests, you approve or decline inside Stashq, and a decision is due within 48 hours. Refunds are full-amount today; partial refunds do not exist yet.
- Delivery and re-delivery are handled
- Files unlock the moment payment clears and stay in the buyer’s library for re-download. You never send a link, and you never re-send one.
- Payment processing is separate from the plan
- Razorpay charges to process a payment and that cost is passed through at the actual amount on each transaction. It is not included in the plan price and is not marked up.
