1.Acceptance
By using Stashq, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
2.Platform scope
Stashq is a digital commerce platform where creators run storefronts to list digital products and buyers purchase and download them.
When a buyer completes a purchase, Stashq buys that product from the seller at a wholesale price and supplies it to the buyer on its own account as the merchant of record. Buyers contract with Stashq, and Stashq issues the tax invoice for the sale in its own name. Sellers contract with Stashq under the Seller Terms.
3.Accounts
- You must provide accurate information and keep your login credentials secure.
- You are responsible for all activity under your account.
- We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or applicable law.
4.Buyers
- Please review product descriptions carefully before buying.
- Delivery is digital and immediate, as described in our Shipping Policy.
- Refund eligibility is set per product and shown on the product page before checkout. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy for how refund requests work.
- Chargeback abuse, payment fraud, and unauthorized sharing or reselling of purchased files are prohibited.
5.Sellers
- Sellers are responsible for the legality, accuracy, and ownership of the products they list.
- Sellers must not upload infringing, malicious, or misleading files.
- Stashq buys each sale from the seller at a wholesale price and resells it to the buyer as the merchant of record. The seller does not contract with the buyer.
- Payouts and wholesale pricing are governed by the Seller Terms.
- Paid seller plans are billed as recurring subscriptions, invoiced by Stashq, and can be cancelled effective at the end of the current billing period.
6.Digital products and payments
- Payments are processed through our supported payment providers.
- Access to purchased files is granted once payment is confirmed.
- We may delay or revoke access where fraud, abuse, or payment verification issues occur.
7.Prohibited conduct
- Violating applicable law or third-party intellectual property rights
- Bypassing payment controls, access restrictions, or platform limits
- Uploading malware, deceptive files, or abusive content
- Scraping, attacking, or disrupting the platform
- Buying, selling, or soliciting fake reviews, or reviewing a product without a genuine purchase
8.Reviews
Only verified buyers of a product can leave a review. Each review is tied directly to a completed purchase.
- One review per purchase. Reviews cannot be edited after posting. You can delete your review at any time, but you cannot submit a second review for the same purchase.
- Display name is optional. You can enter a display name when submitting your review or leave it blank to appear as “Anonymous”. Your email address is never displayed.
- Ratings and written reviews are published publicly on the product page as plain text.
- If a purchase is refunded, its review is removed automatically.
- Sellers cannot edit, hide, or delete reviews on their products, though they may report a review to Stashq for moderation.
- We may remove reviews that are unlawful, harass individuals, expose private information, or were not written by the actual buyer.
Stashq does not write, purchase, or solicit fake reviews, and never poses as a consumer to post reviews, in compliance with Rule 7(2) of the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020.
9.Liability and changes
Stashq is provided on an “as is” basis to the extent permitted by law. We may update the platform or these terms from time to time.
10.Governing law
These terms and any purchases made on Stashq are governed by the laws of India.
