By using Stashq, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

2. Platform scope

Stashq is a digital commerce platform for sellers to run storefronts and sell digital products, and for buyers to browse the marketplace, purchase products, and access them digitally.

3. Accounts

• You must provide accurate information and keep your account secure.
• You are responsible for activity under your account.
• We may suspend accounts that violate these terms or applicable law.

4. Buyers

• Buyers must review product pages carefully before purchase.
• Digital delivery and refund treatment depend on the product and the platform policy.
• Attempting chargeback abuse, fraud, or unauthorized sharing of purchased files is prohibited.

5. Sellers

• Sellers are responsible for the legality, accuracy, and ownership of what they sell.
• Sellers must not upload infringing, malicious, or misleading products.
• Payouts, platform fees, and storage charges are handled according to the seller account and purchase records.

6. Digital products and payments

• Payments are processed through supported payment providers.
• Product access is granted based on successful payment and platform rules.
• We delay or block fulfillment where fraud, abuse, or verification issues are suspected.

7. Prohibited conduct

• Breaking the law or violating third-party rights
• Attempting to bypass fees, payment controls, or access restrictions
• Uploading malware, deceptive files, or abusive content
• Using automation to scrape, attack, or disrupt the service

8. Liability and changes

Stashq is provided on an as-is basis to the extent allowed by law. We may update the platform or these terms over time.
