1.Acceptance
By using Stashq, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
2.Platform scope
Stashq is a digital commerce platform. Sellers use it to run a storefront and list digital products; buyers use it to buy those products and download them.
When a buyer completes a purchase, Stashq buys that sale from the seller at a wholesale price and supplies the product to the buyer on its own account, as merchant of record. Buyers contract with Stashq, and Stashq issues the tax invoice for the sale in its own name. Sellers contract with Stashq, on the Seller Terms.
3.Accounts
- You must provide accurate information and keep your account secure.
- You are responsible for activity under your account.
- We may suspend accounts that violate these terms or applicable law.
4.Buyers
- Buyers must review product pages carefully before purchase.
- Delivery is digital and immediate — see the Shipping Policy.
- Refund terms are set per product and shown on the product page before you pay. The Refund & Cancellation Policy governs how a request is made and decided.
- Attempting chargeback abuse, fraud, or unauthorized sharing of purchased files is prohibited.
5.Sellers
- Sellers are responsible for the legality, accuracy, and ownership of what they sell.
- Sellers must not upload infringing, malicious, or misleading products.
- Stashq buys each sale from the seller at a wholesale price and resells it to the buyer as merchant of record. The seller does not contract with the buyer.
- Payouts and the wholesale price are computed from the seller account and the purchase records, and are set out in the Seller Terms.
- A paid plan is a subscription billed to the seller, invoiced separately by Stashq, and cancellable at the end of a paid period.
6.Digital products and payments
- Payments are processed through supported payment providers.
- Product access is granted based on successful payment and platform rules.
- We delay or block fulfillment where fraud, abuse, or verification issues are suspected.
7.Prohibited conduct
- Breaking the law or violating third-party rights
- Attempting to bypass fees, payment controls, or access restrictions
- Uploading malware, deceptive files, or abusive content
- Using automation to scrape, attack, or disrupt the service
- Buying, selling, or soliciting reviews, or posting a review for a purchase you did not make
8.Reviews
Only someone who bought a product can review it. There is no other way to leave one — a review is attached to a purchase, not to an account or a visit.
- You get one review per purchase, and it cannot be edited. Write it once. You can take it down afterwards, but taking it down does not let you post another for the same purchase.
- Your name is optional. Whatever you type is shown next to your review; leave it blank and it shows as “Anonymous”. Your email address is never shown.
- Your rating and your words are published on the product page, where anyone can read them. Reviews are plain text.
- If your purchase is refunded, your review comes down automatically.
- A seller cannot edit, hide or delete a review of their own product. They can report one to us, and we decide.
- We may remove a review that is unlawful, targets a person, contains someone’s private information, or was not written by the buyer it claims to be from.
Stashq does not write reviews, buy them, or ask anyone to post one they did not earn, and we do not represent ourselves as a customer in order to review a product we sell. That is our obligation under Rule 7(2) of the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020, and it is also the only reason a rating here is worth reading.
9.Liability and changes
Stashq is provided on an as-is basis to the extent allowed by law. We may update the platform or these terms over time.
10.Governing law
These terms, and any purchase made through Stashq, are governed by the laws of India.
