Refund & Cancellation Policy

Digital product purchases are final once access has been granted or files have been downloaded.

1. Digital product purchases

  • Because Stashq sells digital products, refunds are not available after fulfillment.
  • If a product is defective, inaccessible, or materially different from its listing, contact support with your transaction details.
  • We issue a refund or replacement only where platform review confirms a delivery or payment problem.

2. Storage purchases

  • Storage top-ups are not refundable once activated on the seller account.
  • If payment succeeds but the storage increase is not applied, contact support.

3. Fraud and abuse

We refuse refunds and may suspend accounts where purchases, payouts, or access behavior appear fraudulent or abusive.
